Other Info :
Sister Bertrille has been doing well, hair has grown in, weight has been gained and she has been on her treatment for Cushings for > 90 days.....She had her 90 day follow-up and her medication is working.....she loves her treats, love her fresh ice water from the refrigerator (after going outside to pottie) and LOVEs her fur brother and sister.....she is initially a bit on the dog selective side and needs a slow warm up....but she definitely loves her humans and current foster brother and sister.
At the ripe ole age of 12 1/2, she definitely is a little ole lady with a bit of a sassy personality...but she LOVES to give kisses and loves to have her butt rubbed.
She would love a single story home as she doesn't love the steps in her foster home...she doesn't jump on furniture anymore, but loves to snuggle on the couch with a boost from her humans!!!!
Just to let everyone know.....I have a HUGE backyard...my foster mommie and daddie bought a home that sits on 1.7 acres and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the backyard....I love to explore, I love to just walk, sniff, pottie and look for squirrels in the yard....psssss don't tell anyone, but my foster mommie and daddie have been putting out squirrel food so my foster brother and sister and I can chase them....well, I don't chase, but I bark a lot when my siblings find them and tree them.... :-). I even have a huge pep in my step and am feeling great...according to my last check-up my medications for my Cushings is "right where we want it to be." Wooot woooot that is gr8t news!!!
I love to give love, I love my foster niece and nephews and love my foster fur-brother and fur-sister......if you are looking for a happy, healthy and loving Senior....I'm your gal!!!
